We provide web design, development, SEO, and other digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs. Service descriptions and expectations are outlined in individual project agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during project discussions.

Refrain from using our services for illegal or unethical purposes.

Adhere to the timelines and payment terms specified in agreements.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the invoicing schedule agreed upon. Late payments may result in additional fees, suspension, or delay in services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Luxe Web Services (e.g., designs, code, marketing materials) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both Luxe Web Services and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes but is not limited to designs, strategies, and financial details.

7. Service Modifications

Luxe Web Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. However, clients will be informed of any changes that directly impact their ongoing projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services. Delays caused by third-party service providers or uncontrollable circumstances.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

If the client violates these Terms of Service.

If payments are not made as agreed.

In the event of termination, outstanding balances must be paid, and any incomplete work may not be transferred to the client.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
